Citizens Advice Scotland is a registered charity

which supports Scotland’s 59 Citizens Advice

Bureaux by providing expertise and tools in areas such as management, fundraising, resources, advice giving and campaigns.

CAS and its member bureaux together form Scotland’s largest independent advice network, working for a fairer Scotland where citizens are empowered and their rights respected. The service is delivered by over 1000 paid staff and 2300 volunteers.

Working closely with its sister organisations in England and Wales, CAS also provides independent consumer research and reporting, and a strong voice to lobby companies and governments.
